With the use of Kinect or fingerprint reader, we take a unique ID from the user (if using Kinect, it will not work like “Face unlock”, which is bad for security as you can use photo. Instead, an action is required, such as smile (move face to confirm your identity)). So we have unique ID.

About a month ago, AAWP reported that Windows Phone marketplace has now over 80k apps and while that’s true, only today did it cross the 80,000 mark for the US market.

DrawSomething: Windows 8 Apps To Run On Windows Phone 7?

Does DrawSomething know something we don’t?
As Microsoft is yet to make the official announcement about the Windows Phone 8 (rumored for early June reveal during their E3 2012 conference), there are all kinds of different rumors and speculations.
Interestingly, everyone expects to see Windows 8 Metro apps running on a Windows Phone 7 / 8 devices, and as shown here, WP apps can already utilize up to 90% of the Windows 8 code.

Windows Phone 8 Features, VPN Uncertain
I am sure many of you are excited and can’t wait for the Windows Phone 8 (Apollo) to land but in the meantime, we have a leaked list of confirmed WP8 features and changes.
So where did we get it from? Two places, there is a Chinese Windows Phone community, which has a pretty interesting thread. However, translation is extremely rough and makes no sense at all.
